It might have a funny name, but the Zytglogge is a thing of beauty. In fact, you could say it’s the clock that made time stand still. Located in Bern, Switzerland, this landmark medieval tower was built in the 13th century and has seen many renovations and redecorations over its 800-year existence. In the 15th century, an impressive astronomical clock was added, built in the form of an astrolabe. Last time we were in Bern, we were so enthralled by this incredible timepiece that we decided to get a chronograph of our own. The result was the Bern Timekeeper Chronograph, an elegant but masculine representation of what Swiss timepieces stand for. More than just a pretty face with its black dial and green bezel, it houses a Swiss Ronda precision chronograph movement and is water-resistant to 10 ATM.
